ListingMailer is a program that will email you when new listings become available that match your search critera. Best of all ListingMailer is fast and easy. You can subscribe and unsubscribe in less than a minute.

How do I sign up?
Goto Listing Mailer and sign up.
All you need an email address!

How do I select my search critera?

  • Category 1.
    • Select what you are looking for Home, Land, Commercial or a combination of any. Mulitple selections are ok, but you must select at least one of the categories.
  • Category 2.
    • Required Features. Select this only if you are looking for certain features. If you are unsure or open you can leave this blank.
  • Category 3.
    • Select School District if you are looking for listings in a certain area. If you are unsure about school districts this page has the school districts color coded. If you are unsure or open you can leave this blank.
  • Category 4.
    • Select the price range you are looking for. If you are unsure or open you can leave this blank.
    Categories 5-9 are for houses only, if you are looking for land don't fill out these fields.
  • Category 6.
    • Select the minimum number of bedrooms you are looking for.
  • Category 7.
    • Select the minimum number of bathrooms you are looking for.
  • Category 8.
    • Select the age of the house. Only use this search if you are looking for a newer house.
  • Category 9.
    • Select the minimum number of garages you are looking for.
